Introduction
Star Gallery is pleased to announce the “Self-portrait Series Exhibition: Wang Yifan”, will be opened on September the 29th, 2018 concurrently with “The Burdens of My Life”. This exhibition will showcase Wang Yifan’s self portrait series of oil paintings and line drawings from the past two years.
Wang Yifan’s oil painting self-portraits do not directly express a ordinary state of affairs. He forms a non-realistic situation through the character’s expression, the colour used, and the situation illustrated.
