The Fiftieth Exhibition: Five Years in Qikeshu

We are pleased to announce that the “The Fiftieth Exhibition: Five Years in Qikeshu” will open on Saturday December 8th, 2018.

In April 2013, the exhibition “I'm Not Involved in Aesthetic Progress: A Rethinking of Performance”, curated by Su Wei, marked the opening of Star Gallery in the new Qikeshu location. Now, at the end of 2018, we will hold a group exhibition to sum-up five years in Qikeshu and celebrate the fiftieth exhibition in the location. “The Fiftieth Exhibition: Five Years in Qikeshu” will involve 20 artists: Chen Ke, Chen Tianzhuo, Jin Ningning, Jin Nv, Teppei Kaneuji, Ju Ting, Kensuke Karasawa, Lei Lei, Li Jikai, Li Nannan, Pang Kuan, Qiu Jiongjiong, Song Kun, Sun Yanchu, Tong Tianqing, Wang Yifan, Wei Jia, Wen Ling, Xu Maomao and Yan Cong; showcasing their works and related exhibition publications to relive and explore the past five years of Star Gallery.
